These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GetCompletion website and platform (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using GetCompletion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About GetCompletion

GetCompletion is an online property deal marketplace that allows users to publish and browse property listings, including properties for sale and rent.

GetCompletion does not act as an estate agent, broker, financial adviser, or intermediary and does not participate in negotiations or transactions between users.

2. Platform Services

The Platform allows users to:

• Publish property listings and deal information
• Browse listings posted by other users
• Contact other users directly

GetCompletion provides listing and visibility services only.

3. Payments and Fees

• Fees charged on GetCompletion are solely for listing publication and visibility on the Platform.
• Payments do not relate to:
• the outcome of any transaction
• completion of any deal
• success, profitability, or performance of any property
• GetCompletion does not charge commissions, success fees, or transaction-based fees.

All payments are non-refundable once a listing has been published, unless required by law.

4. No Responsibility for Transactions

GetCompletion:

• Is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or negotiation between users
• Does not verify listings, users, or property information
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or completeness of listings
• Is not responsible for losses, disputes, or damages arising from interactions between users

All transactions, agreements, and due diligence are conducted entirely at users’ own risk.

5. User Responsibilities

By using GetCompletion, you agree that you:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Have the legal right to publish any listing you submit
• Conduct your own independent due diligence
• Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations
• Do not publish misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content

You are solely responsible for any listing you publish and any interaction with other users.

6. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• Publish false or misleading listings
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Circumvent payment systems
• Harvest or misuse other users’ data

GetCompletion reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

GetCompletion shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on listings or user interactions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform functionality belong to GetCompletion unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant GetCompletion a licence to display it on the Platform.

9. Termination

GetCompletion may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if these Terms are breached.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
